We are in an intensive phase with many parallel projects, which means a fast pace and exciting technical challenges. To meet the demand, we are now strengthening our electronics development department with an additional designer. Depending on your background, we can adapt the role to fit your wishes and career development goals.

About the Role

As an electronics designer, you will work within the Vetronics section, in the Hardware department, which includes the groups electronics, electrical systems, electromechanics, and hardware management. You will be an important part of the team that develops, maintains, and documents the electronics for the next generation of combat vehicles – from idea to the vehicle rolling out to the customer.

You will work with the entire product lifecycle, including:

• PCB development from prototype to field deployment
• Development of future embedded systems in vehicle environments
• System design including safety-critical functions
• Analog and digital design
• Testing and commissioning

You will collaborate closely with software, system, and mechanical designers and have many points of contact within the company as well as with suppliers.

We work with modern development tools such as Altium Designer, Azure DevOps, Libero SoC, SimuLink.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in electronics, software, automation, or another equivalent education
• Several years of experience in similar roles
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• The ability to adapt to changes and contribute with creative problem-solving
• A positive outlook and a genuine interest in technology

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in leadership roles
• Experience from the defense, automotive, or industrial sector
• Knowledge of military standards and requirements
